Salary: £95k basic plus attractive bonus scheme, Exec Car

This dynamic independent creative agency is looking for an experienced General Manager to work with the Founders and help grow the agency even further. Key to this role will be your strong operational and management skills - you will oversee the internal operations of the agency, refine processes whilst fostering effective communication between departments.

As a manager, you'll help shape the focus of the agency by successfully managing the workflow through creative, strategy, financial and technical advice. The ability to lead, mentor, inspire and motivate is essential.
