Global Website Transformation & Performance Lead

Oxford Instruments seeks a Website Performance Manager (12 Month FTC) to lead the global corporate website's redevelopment and ongoing performance. You will coordinate with internal teams and an external agency, ensure smooth migration, test journeys, and drive usability and conversion improvements while maintaining the current site.

You will bridge marketing strategy, technology, and project delivery, with a focus on SEO, CMS operations, and web analytics across B2B and B2C initiatives.
