Global Tech Counsel - SaaS, IP & Compliance Lead

Clifton Search is seeking a UK-based Senior Sole Counsel to lead a newly acquired part of a global group in the Software/Content/Media/Telecoms sector. The role reports to the CEO of the international group and requires hands-on, autonomous leadership across the business.

You will work with colleagues and customers worldwide in a truly borderless capacity, leading on commercial contracts, data protection issues, and AI/ML regulatory strategy.
