Global Tax Architect for Robotics & IPO Readiness

Humanoid seeks an experienced Global Head of Tax to own worldwide tax strategy, structure, and compliance. Reporting to the CFO, you will design a tax-efficient global operating model, manage taxes across Canada, the UK, USA, Germany and the Middle East, and support IPO-readiness and strategic transactions.

You will lead cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, VAT, and R&D incentives, partnering with finance, legal, and external advisors.
