Global Tax & Audit Director

CAI is seeking a Senior Global Director, Tax and Audit to lead the global tax strategy and audit governance as the business expands from 11 countries to 20+.

You will manage external advisors and audit partners, coordinate cross-border compliance, and work with Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in multinational tax and audit, credentials such as CPA/JD/ACCA, and a proven track record in acquisitions and complex tax planning.
