Global Talent Resourcing Partner

Superdry is seeking a standalone Resourcing Partner to own recruitment across the global business. You will source, screen and move vacancies end-to-end, coaching hiring managers and partnering with agencies to optimise costs while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will collaborate with People Operations, People Data & Systems and Tech to align recruitment with business needs, using data to shape future direction and ensure processes run smoothly.
