Global Sustainability Data & Digital Transformation Lead

Diageo is seeking a Sustainability Data & Digitisation Lead to drive the global data strategy across sustainability reporting, governance and digitisation. You will lead the Microsoft Sustainability Manager programme, coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure CSRD readiness and robust data controls.

You will shape indicators across systems, develop advanced dashboards and analytics, and maintain global reporting standards in a complex, multi-site environment.
