Global Supply Training Lead - Change & Adoption

Reckitt Benckiser LLC is seeking a Training Lead in Slough to drive the GBS Supply Training strategy, coordinating central and local teams for seamless adoption of new processes and systems. You will lead end to end training design, development and delivery, ensuring readiness across global deployment sites.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder and project management skills, plus deep knowledge of training tools such as SuccessFactors LMS.
