Global Supply Chain Coordinator

Job description

Working as part of a fast-paced supply chain international team, you will be responsible for the global management of product related topics, matching customer minimum needs to the available supply, with focus on particular products. As our next Global Supply Chain Coordinator will also align closely with internal counterparts (Planning & Customer facing teams) and maintain a supply plan in internal Infineon systems.

In your new role you will be:

• Setting up and maintaining customer allocation for parts on tight supply;

• Acting as the first level contact and problem solver for all product shortage related issues;
• Working on open and ongoing JIRA-tickets, ensuring information is up-to-date (Escalation Ticketing Tool).
• Checking regional planning / capacity situation and initiate corrective actions;
• Striving for continuous improvement of logistics topics aligned to Infineon's business strategies;
• Having opportunities to participate in specific projects;

• Driving regional downturn-related activities (e.g. inventory management, demand cleansing) in collaboration with other departments and colleagues.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A education background in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Data Analytics or Mathematics;
• 1to 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management environment;
• Fluency in English. German would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in SAP, JDA Software, Excel would be useful;
• Excellent reporting, analytical and organizational skills;
• Understanding of Semiconductor Industry is a plus;
• Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability towork effectively in a teamenvironment and to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
