Global Sole Counsel - Software/IP Licensing Lead

Clifton Search is representing a highly acquisitive global organisation seeking a UK-based Senior Sole Counsel to lead the legal function for a newly acquired software/tech division. This standalone, autonomous role reports to the CEO in the group and involves hands-on responsibility across the business.

You will handle international contracts, software licensing, data protection, AI/ML regulatory strategy, and IP portfolio management, working with colleagues and customers worldwide.
