Global Skills-Based Career Transformation Lead

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Skills Based Career Management Lead (12 month FTC) to drive a global transformation towards a skills-led approach for career development. You will design frameworks and collaborate across Talent, Talent Acquisition, and HR technology to enable internal mobility and agile talent pipelines.

You will review Workday Career Hub experiences, embedding intuitive tools and data-driven improvements to enhance development visibility and adoption across the organisation.
