As a Project Manager within Global Services Operational Resiliency team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with global standards. You will drive end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership and accountability of the entire migration process. You will engage with business partners globally to ensure compliance with established policies and standards, including executing all Inter-Affiliate Service requirements.
Job Responsibilities- Consult with business partners to define and document project objectives, deliverables, identify key stakeholders and project participants
- Partner with project sponsor to help facilitate analytical discussions and provide recommendations based on IAS (Inter Affiliate Services) policy and location strategy execution best practices
- Drive engagement across global business partners to ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Develop and refine project plans, key milestones, dependencies, owners and target dates to provide transparency to stakeholders
- Develop effective presentations & project update materials suitable for stakeholders, business partners and project participants including progress and recommendations/decisions
- Identify, document, clearly organize and manage project risks/issues through resolution, escalating as appropriate with ability to articulate effectively
- Drive the execution of IAS requirements including Onboarding, Scorecards and Annual Recertifications
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, have a clear purpose, and distribute meeting documentation in advance to enable preparation and participation of key meeting participants
- Distribute meetings summaries and list of actions, hold participants accountable for completion
- Make project-level decisions
- Relevant experience in financial services in various roles
- Program and project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions; creative thinker with strategic mindset
- Proficient organization and time management capabilities
- Proficient in project management methodology and lifecycle
- Ability to lead, challenge, adapt, and influence without positional authority
- Flexibility to support global business partner engagement
- Client and business partner relationship development skills; communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Proficient with Alteryx
