Global Director of ServiceNow Delivery

About the Role

We're partnering with a global digital solutions leader in search of an experienced Global Delivery Director to spearhead the international expansion and excellence of their ServiceNow delivery capability. This senior-level position will oversee operations across more than a dozen countries, driving strategic transformation and ensuring consistent, high-quality project execution.


This is a unique opportunity to shape delivery strategy at scale, guiding geographically diverse teams while maintaining a client-centric, results-driven approach.


What You'll Be Responsible For

End-to-End Global Delivery

  • Lead ServiceNow project execution across EMEA, LATAM, and additional territories
  • Ensure delivery consistency, client satisfaction, and adherence to best practices across all regions

Leadership Across Borders

  • Mentor and manage regional Delivery and Engagement Managers
  • Promote operational cohesion and embed global delivery standards

Client Partnership & Escalation Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor and senior delivery contact for major clients
  • Foster long-term partnerships and oversee critical engagements

Strategic Resource Oversight

  • Own delivery forecasting, budget planning, and workforce optimization
  • Leverage global and nearshore teams to ensure delivery scalability and efficiency

Governance & Risk Control

  • Enforce delivery frameworks and project governance models
  • Validate scopes of work and ensure alignment with structured methodologies

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

  • Support pre-sales activities and solutioning-particularly in rapid-deployment scenarios
  • Align delivery models with commercial objectives and client expectations

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor delivery KPIs globally and implement performance enhancement initiatives
  • Drive innovation and improvements in delivery quality and velocity


What You'll Bring

A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar discipline

10+ years leading ServiceNow delivery projects, including 5+ years at senior leadership level

Deep familiarity with ServiceNow's platform, products, and delivery models

Proven experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple geographies

High-level client engagement skills-able to influence and engage at executive level

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and team-building capabilities

Fluency in English (bonus points for French, Spanish, or Italian)

Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, ITSM, SPM) are highly advantageous
