About the Role

We are hiring a Turkey-based Marketing & Merchandising professional for a global apparel manufacturer specialising in woven garments. This is a remote, high-visibility international role focused on driving business growth with global fashion brands.

You will work closely with the India headquarters while representing the company across international markets and trade platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international business development for woven apparel categories.

• Acquire and grow relationships with global fashion brands and retailers.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Lead costing, negotiations, sampling, and order execution.

• Oversee merchandising timelines from development to shipment.

• Support fabric sourcing and product innovation.

• Represent the company at global trade fairs and sourcing events.

• Travel to India initially and periodically for alignment and strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• Based in Turkey with global travel flexibility.

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Business Management.

• Strong experience in woven apparel merchandising and exports.

• Proven exposure to international fashion brands.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of woven fabrics and shirt manufacturing.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Ability to speak European language German, French will be advantageous.

• Good communications skills in English is mandatory
