Global SaaS Service Delivery & Supplier Lead

DIGITEC GmbH in the United Kingdom seeks a Service Delivery & Supplier Manager to own the end-to-end service lifecycle for D3 and OMS platforms, from validation to BAU. You will govern service levels and drive supplier procurement across global, multi-vendor SaaS environments.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success, you'll shape governance, drive performance, and optimize costs while scaling processes to support growth. English fluency is required; German is a plus.
