Global RFP Director - Reinsurance Growth

Howden Group Holdings in London is seeking a visionary leader to build and own a global RFP process within Howden Re. You will govern, triage opportunities and influence cross-functional stakeholders to win bids.

The role requires designing high quality RFP collateral, developing a best in class RFP library, and shaping post tender reviews. You will mentor a growing team, embedding RFP champions across broking, analytics, operations and leadership.
