Job Description
Argus Media seeks a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to drive reward strategies across the company globally. You will collaborate with the CHRO and HR team to implement programs that attract, retain, and grow talent worldwide.
You will manage global compensation and benefits policies, develop salary bands for major locations, participate in benchmarking, and present proposals to senior leadership. Strong Excel and Workday experience is preferred.
