Location : Cork Working Model : Hybrid (2-3 days/week) The Team and the Role: Logitech Tablets Accessory Group is looking for a Worldwide Demand Planner, based in Cork, Ireland, for our retail side of the business.The Worldwide Demand Planner plays a critical role in bridging the gap between internal teams and external customers by analyzing demand trends, fostering collaboration with business partners, and influencing key business decisions. The position is responsible for managing demand forecasts at both Sell In and Sell Thru levels, ensuring the success of the category from a supply chain perspective. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to create and maintain a demand plan while leading the S&OP processes for the respective category. These are the behaviors and values you'll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will: Develop and maintain engaging relationships with key sales and marketing teams. Acquire, understand, and incorporate demand signals, channel data, and replenishment triggers into the product level demand plan. Analyze pipeline and deal data, using it as input for demand planning. Prepare and present trends, risks, and opportunities with suitable solutions during monthly S&OP meetings with cross- functional teams and senior executives. Establish and maintain SKU-level demand plans for assigned product categories using analytical and statistical tools, intelligence gathering, and collaboration. Monitor inventory levels and take corrective and preventive actions with related functions to avoid supply shortages and excess/aging stocks. Provide regular and ad-hoc performance summaries with fact-based root cause analysis, proposing and executing corrective and preventive actions. Manage product life cycle transitions from (NPI) New Product Introduction phase to (EOL) End of Life to ensure supply availability and targeted inventory levels. Drive development and implementation of processes and tools related to demand planning, forecasting, and supply allocation. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Demonstrated analytical capabilities with advanced analytics and optimization techniques. Experience in consumer electronics and FMCG or CPG companies is advantageous. Participation in S&OP processes. Smart and sound decision-making ability in the face of uncertain or incomplete information. Global experience with applied knowledge of customer, market, and channel business is preferred. Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
