We are looking for a Global Regulatory Strategy Team Lead Neurology to join our Global Regulatory Affairs team, based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Slough (UK), or Atlanta or Raleigh (US) offices.
About the role
The Global Regulatory Strategy Team Lead Neurology provides senior leadership, mentorship, and oversight for the Global Regulatory Leads within the therapeutic area.
Who you'll work with
You will report to the Head of Global Regulatory Strategy.
What you'll do
- Provide leadership and management for the Global Regulatory Leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead the regulatory strategy teams on assigned projects.
- Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and drug development leadership.
- Motivate employees to perform at their highest ability.
- Ensure governance meeting outcomes are communicated effectively.
- Contribute to global regulatory strategy and organizational improvements as a member of the leadership team.
- Oversee training and development of Global Regulatory Leads, sharing best practices across areas.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talented regulatory professionals.
Interested? Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience, including regulatory expertise, preferably in neurology.
- Leadership experience with line management and matrix teams.
- Global regulatory experience in core countries (US, EU); experience in Japan and China is a plus.
- Deep understanding of drug development and regulatory requirements worldwide.
