Global R&D Risk & Compliance Lead

Haleon is seeking a senior Risk and Compliance leader to oversee RDP and R&D risk governance, ensuring inspection readiness and robust controls across GVP, GCP and GLP requirements. You will join the Center of Excellence to drive continuous improvement and equip teams with practical risk management tools.

In this role, you will coordinate risk management forums, develop meaningful KPIs, and train RDP/R&D staff while providing expertise to support QPPV activities when required.
