Global Project Procurement Leader - Strategic & Cost Aware

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead and scale our procurement function in a complex, multinational environment. The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of procurement experience, including leading teams and strategic supplier management.

You will define global procurement strategies, manage project-based procurement, and build strategic partnerships with suppliers. This is a pivotal role to ensure cost, risk, and supply continuity across projects.

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and a strong background in strategic sourcing are essential.
