Global Program Manager - MLR & Content Management

RED - Program Manager - Medical, Legal, Regulatory Review & Content Management - Remote - Europe

On behalf of a global client, we're looking for a strategic Program Manager to lead MLR and DAM (Digital Asset Management) initiatives across Science, CXA, and Digital functions. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, compliance, and successful program delivery without owning business processes directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MLR and DAM programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal governance
• Maintain program documentation (charters, KPIs, roadmaps, risk registers)
• Track progress using JIRA and Confluence; provide leadership updates
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Science, CXA, and Digital
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure clear roles and SOW alignment
• Drive implementation of content management tools and E2E processes
• Support change management and training for adoption
• Identify workflow improvements and stay updated on best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or Information Management.
• 8+ years in program/project management, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven experience with MLR and DAM projects.
• Strong regulatory and digital governance knowledge.
• Familiarity with FMCH content life cycle (advertising, social, CRM).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
