Global Product Director, Safety Solutions

Fortress Safety, based in Wolverhampton and part of Halma, seeks a Product Director to own the global product strategy and shape what we build, how we compete and how we scale. You will balance near term execution with long term value creation.

You will lead global teams across Product Management, R&D and Safety Services and hold accountability for the current and future product portfolio, reporting to the Fortress Board and influencing strategic priorities.
