Global Performance & Wellness Lead (APAC/EMEA)

EXOS is seeking a Senior Performance Manager to oversee APAC and EMEA regional teams and wellness centers, driving excellence across multiple locations in the UK and India. You will lead onsite operations, mentor staff, and ensure cohesive, high quality client experiences while supporting a global wellbeing program.
