Global People Services Advisor

Aryza Group is seeking a dedicated team member for the People Team in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will support the Head of People Services in enhancing the colleague experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role encompasses a variety of deliverables including supporting change management, driving company-wide harmonisation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in employee engagement and is willing to travel internationally.
