Global Payroll & Benefits Leader - 14+ Countries

IG is seeking a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead payroll and benefits across 14+ countries within the People Services team. You will work with Finance, Tax, and local HR contacts to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery across both insourced and outsourced models.

You will manage a team of 7+ payroll & benefits specialists, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with local requirements while maintaining strong controls and reporting for senior stakeholders.
