Global Partner Success Architect

Mastercard Global Services seeks a Global Director, Partner Success to define and build a scalable partner success strategy. You will guide Partner Success Managers to accelerate product adoption and drive long-term growth, reporting to the Global Customer Success VP.

You will work at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Development to embed partner-led growth across Mastercard's Services portfolio.
