Global Operations Lead - Supply Chain & Planning

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone of a fast-growing jewellery brand. You will lead demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics with autonomy, reporting to the Founder & CEO.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a tight-knit team. You'll drive production timelines, stock availability, and cross-border compliance while partnering on new product launches and optimization initiatives.
