Global Mobility Manager

• Lead Global Mobility delivery across UK, EAME, MENA and Asia
• Own workforce capacity planning, workload forecasting and prioritisation
• Manage case allocation, workload and delivery priorities across the team
• Ensure cases progress consistently, efficiently and to required standards
• Track delivery costs and identify efficiency and spend-reduction opportunities
• Embed the Global Mobility / HR Shared Services operating model
• Establish ownership, accountability, work allocation and escalation points
• Define and implement SLAs, KPIs, workflow, automation and reporting
• Lead Global Mobility executives day to day and support team development
• Ensure consistent policy application, compliance and operational risk escalation
• Coordinate vendors and resolve operational vendor issues
• Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders on active mobility matters
• Provide updates on case progress, risks and timelines
• Deliver key projects as they arise

Requirements

• Strong operational experience in a professional services/legal environment - 5 years +
• Experience managing complex, high-volume casework
• Strong workload, capacity and prioritisation skills
• Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining delivery
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving capability
• Confident working with HR, senior stakeholders and managing expectations
• Good understanding of risk, governance and compliance in an operational environment
• Right to work in the UK, with evidence required before employment commences
