Global Medical Monitoring Lead - Flexible Work & Growth

Novotech Senior Medical Services Manager will lead high-complexity medical monitoring tasks at a global/program level. You may mentor a small team of medical monitors and contribute to SOP development, governance, and training delivery for ongoing projects.

You will coordinate with Business Development and other stakeholders, stay abreast of scientific advances, and drive data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional standards and client engagement.
