Global Major Incident Lead, Business Command Center

Citi seeks a highly experienced Major Incident Lead to orchestrate service continuity and incident response across the global Services business. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive rapid escalation, and ensure clear communication with senior stakeholders during major events.

You will expertly monitor incidents, own remediation options, and guide recovery with a business-centric perspective, including cyber-event coordination and executive-level tabletop exercises.
