Global Learning Experience Director - Strategy & Impact

PVH is seeking a Director, Learning Experience Delivery to shape and execute the Talent Roadmap, aligning development with business goals and leadership needs. You will design, deliver, and assess programs that build capability across the organization and elevate performance.

You will lead global learning initiatives, partner with functional leaders to close gaps, coach aspiring leaders, and drive analytics to prove impact while managing the L&D budget and vendor relationships for ROI.
