Global L&D Manager: Scale Leadership & Learning

A growing international company is seeking a Group Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design and implement a world-class learning culture in its US region. This role involves managing learning programmes, engaging with stakeholders for capability building, and using data insights for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' experience in L&D, a strong background in leadership programmes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is mainly based in Dublin with some international travel.
