Job Description: You will lead global IT operations for a distributed workforce, managing identity, access, and infrastructure across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Reporting to the Director of Cyber Security, you will balance daily user support with large-scale projects like office networking and datacentre maintenance, ensuring secure and efficient scaling as the company expands.

What you will do:

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and global SaaS accounts across various business platforms.
• Manage hardware lifecycles and onboarding for a distributed team while supporting local data centre infrastructure.
• Implement automation and SSO integrations to improve operational efficiency and maintain high security standards.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in startup or scale-up environments managing cross-platform endpoints and identity systems.
• Strong networking knowledge at the CCNA level including VLANs, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Proficiency in managing SaaS tools like JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace with a focus on documentation.
