Global IP & Literary Acquisitions Lead - Manga/Anime (Japan)

Amazon Prime Video seeks a Senior IP Executive to identify and partner with manga and anime properties for screen adaptations across Japan and the US. You will build trusted relationships with publishers, guide IP pipelines with cross-functional teams, and manage acquisition paths from sourcing to rights handoff.

You will work with JP creative teams to surface opportunities, coordinate with global teams on creative direction, and support negotiations and deal terms throughout production.
