Global Investigations Lead - Ethics & Compliance

BioNTech is seeking an Associate Director Global Investigations to lead internal compliance investigations across the organization, including harassment, discrimination, fraud and corruption, with a focus on global regulatory adherence and ethical standards.

You will document procedures in English and German, develop policies and templates, manage whistleblower systems, and collaborate with stakeholders and external firms to ensure rigorous, confidential case handling and continuous improvement.
