Job Description
Moove AV is seeking an analytical Real Estate Transactions Manager to drive infrastructure acquisition from initial interest to signed agreements. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Technical, and external brokers to create clear deal summaries for the Investment Committee, aiming to maximize pipeline velocity and minimize risk.
The role requires a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, UK planning policy experience, and robust financial modeling using Excel or Google
