Global HR Business Partner

Dandy is expanding its global HR footprint and seeking an experienced HR professional to build out HR infrastructure across new sites and countries. You will partner with GMs and internal teams to ensure seamless HR processes for a growing international workforce.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years in HR roles, with a track record leading HR for international expansion, strong cross-cultural communication, and proficiency in HR systems and policies. Travel to expansion locations will be required.
