Global Head of Reporting & Governance, Finance Operations

Sompo seeks a strategic Global Head of Reporting & Governance to lead global reporting standards within Finance Operations. Based in London, NYC, or Purchase, you will establish dashboards, KPIs, and robust controls to enable data-driven decisions across a multi-entity environment.

You will build a scalable governance framework, partner with Internal Audit and Compliance, and guide a high-performing team to deliver audit-ready processes and enhanced transparency.
