Global Head of People & Operations

Luminate seeks a senior People leader to develop and implement the annual People plan across the employee lifecycle, advising senior leadership on workforce planning, performance and people risk.

You will own compensation, benefits, payroll execution, benchmarking, pay equity, and annual compensation planning, while leading talent acquisition, onboarding and performance systems. This role covers global People operations, compliance, data privacy and analytics, and coaching the People team.
