Global Head of Financial Crime & AML Strategy

Lipson Lloyd-Jones is seeking a Senior Head of Financial Crime to set and deliver the firm's global financial crime strategy. You will act as deputy MLRO, lead AML, sanctions, and broader financial crime compliance across the international offices, and manage a team of Compliance Managers and Risk & Compliance Officers.

You will oversee KYC, due diligence, and sanctions, drive consistency and efficiency, and report on MI/KPIs to firm leadership.
