Reckitt is seeking an experienced Head of Executive Search - Talent Acquisition for an 8-month maternity cover. Based in Slough, you will lead Reckitt's global Executive Search function, partnering with the Executive Committee and HR leaders to attract exceptional leadership talent across the globe.

You will inherit a high-performing team, manage critical senior-level searches, and drive strategic talent partnerships while bringing market insight and fresh thinking to evolve our approach.
