Global Head of Collections: Build & Scale

YouLend is seeking a Global Head of Collections to own performance across all markets. You will build a global powerhouse from a 35-person team, driving analytics, segmentation, treatment paths, contact strategies, and a disciplined performance cadence.

You will own cure rates, repayment speeds, cost-to-collect and losses, with executive sponsorship and direct board-level visibility. London-based, permanent role with global scope.
