Global Head of Clinical Development & Strategy

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to set and drive the clinical development strategy for multiple assets. You will directly supervise Clinical Development Leads and oversee trial physicians, guiding Phase I-III programs through regulatory submissions.

The role requires an MD with 12+ years in trials, drug development, and regulatory affairs, plus proven matrix leadership and global collaboration experience. Travel may be required as part of a broad lifecycle management agenda.
