Global Head of AI-Driven Claims Operations

MLabs Ltd is seeking a Head of Claims to lead and redesign the global claims function, with in-person work across London, New York, or Dallas. The role demands transforming claims as a product, partnering with product and engineering to deploy AI-driven workflows, and establishing robust governance.
