Global Growth & Acquisition Lead

Dr. Martens is seeking a Head of Global Customer Acquisition to lead the global growth engine for high quality traffic and new customers. You will drive integrated channel activation across SEO, Paid Social, PPC, and partnerships, aligning markets with data driven investment decisions and brand strategy.
