Job Description

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer in the aerospace and defence sectors, is seeking a Senior Group Technical Accountant to strengthen our Group Finance function. You will own external reporting, statutory accounts, and technical accounting for complex transactions across an international business.

Key duties include annual consolidated financial statements, liaising with external auditors, and guiding technical accounting positions for M&A and license activities.
