Global General Counsel - Strategic SaaS & Growth Partner

Keyloop is seeking a commercially minded General Counsel to lead the Legal function in a fast-moving, PE-backed global software business. Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will partner with the CEO and leadership team to align legal strategy with growth.

You will own contracts, shape the operating model, manage a team of counsels, oversee governance, data privacy, IP, and due diligence, and drive efficient use of legal tech.
