Global FP&A Leader: Planning & Forecasting

Hiscox is recruiting a Head of Planning & Forecasting to lead the Group FP&A planning and forecasting capability. The role defines how planning is delivered across the Group, ensuring robust outputs that support decision-making and capital alignment.

You will drive forecasting, governance, scenario analysis and the integration of MI with plan outputs, partnering with senior leaders to deliver accurate insights and enable transformation.
