Global FP&A & Controlling - Senior Director

Marelli is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning, Analysis & Controlling to lead the Global FP&A and Controlling activities, with end-to-end responsibility at Group and Functional level. You will directly lead Controlling teams supporting Central Functions and serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and CXO leadership.

The role strengthens financial governance, performance management, and decision-making, guiding cross-functional teams and driving profitability across the organization.
